Joe's actually a pretty descent boy. He always listens to his mother and never has an argument. Together with his friend Jack he's a volunteer at the local cross-over in his village. He really likes to help the elder people cross the busy streets. In fact Joe's a little boring.
Joe secretly dreams of how he can scare people. That's why he changed his name to CrocoJoe and put on this fantastic costume for a birthday party: The fearsome crocodile!
