Meet Clara, a gentle and elegant unicorn. Clara spends most of her time daydreaming, grazing in meadows and looking for interesting shapes in the clouds - what a lucky girl!

This pattern is written in US crochet terms. There are step by step photos detailing how to make the toy, add doll hair, assemble the parts and finish the project.

You’ll need to know how to:

make a Magic Ring
work in a round
single crochet
increase/decrease
half double crochet
double crochet
chain stitch
slip stitch

You will need:

50gr (1 ball) DK cotton in white
10gr DK cotton in duck egg blue
2gr DK cotton in pink (or your preferred colours)
50cm length curly doll hair weft in colour matching your contrast colour - message me for details of where I purchased mine if you would like to match it.
(Alternatively use the contrast colour to make a mane from yarn)
1 pair 7.5mm black safety eyes
Darning needle
Sewing needle and thread
Toy stuffing

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, half double crochet, double crochet, crochet into a ring
Measurement: 24 cm / 9.4" tall
