With this crochet pattern you can make your very own cute amigurumi deer with jointed arms and legs. The pattern covers the whole process from start to finish, illustrated with many step-by-step photos. All you need to know are basic crochet stitches, everything else is explained in the pattern.

SIZE
27 cm (10 2/3") from head to toe, when crocheted with DK weight alpaca wool and a 2,50 mm hook.

3. Intermediate – includes some less common crochet techniques, color changes and simple shaping.

YOU WILL NEED
• Yarn. I used DROPS ‘Lima’, a DK weight alpaca and wool blend, 100 m = 50 g (109 yd = 50 g) / 8 ply / 11 wpi / 3: light. You will need about 95 g of beige, 15 g of brown and 10 g of white yarn.
• 2.50 - 3.00 mm crochet hook (US size 2/C - 3/D).
• Polyester fiberfill, wool, etc. for stuffing.
• 12 mm (1/2") safety eyes or buttons, beads, felt etc.
• Two 20 mm (4/5”) and two 16 mm (3/5”) doll joints or safety eyes or buttons.
• Dark brown cotton embroidery floss.
• Yarn needle, scissors, sewing pins, stitch marker.

Stitches used: slip stitch, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease
Measurement: 27cm (10 2/3") from head to toe.
