MATERIALS AND TOOLS

• Steel crochet hook 1,25 mm. Please note you'll be using smaller hook than suggested on the yarn label.
• Yarn (you can use any color you like)
Main color (blue) - Any 1-Super Fine type yarn 250 m (273 yards),
Second color (pink) - Any 1-Super Fine type yarn 125 m (136 yards), and small amount of white for eyes and red for the scarf.
• Needle (long).
• Stitch marker.
• Approximately 200 cm (2.2 yards) of Single core copper PVC electrical wire 3 mm diameter in total (preferably white color to make sure it is not visible behind a stuffing).
• Polyester fiberfill.
• 2 small black beads for eyes.
• Weights for hooves (Polypropylene Filling Beads)
• Piece of cloth 15 cm x 15 cm (6 x 6 inches)
• Thin medical plaster tape (1,25 cm (0,5 inches)) to secure wire ends (the one you use to cover wound).
• Pliers for cutting and bending wire.
• A little bit of black sewing thread or yarn for eyelashes and matching sewing thread for sewing giraffe’s parts together.
For a scarf
• 1,5 mm hook (UK 4 1/2) (US 8) or two knitting needles 2 mm (US 0, UK 14)
