This pattern describes in US terms how to crochet an amigurumi whale as shown on the picture. The whale is mostly worked in continuous rounds, do not join or turn unless stated otherwise.
If you wish to make a taller or smaller version of this amigurumi, you can simply use thicker or thinner yarn / crochet hook. This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn.
Stitches used: chain, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, slip stitch
Measurement: approx. 10.5” / 27 cm long, using sport weight yarn
