English pattern by Fox in the snow designs.

This pattern is for Gwendolyn the Green Thumb. Gwendolyn is a forest fairy. She lives in an ancient forest in Paris with her three fey sisters. Gwendolyn possesses the very special ability to influence and control plant-life. A vast array of greenery and flowers of the forest adorn her magical fairy house. Gwendolyn also loves hosting fairy parties, and dancing under the full moon with her sisters.

Gwendolyn is a nearly seamless crochet doll; her arms must be sewn on using the amigurumi seamless join technique. Also, I do not use wires in my designs, and she is solely stuffed with polyester fiberfill.

Size: With worsted weight yarn and a 2.25 mm crochet hook, Gwendolyn is roughly 11.5 inches tall and between 1 to 2 inches in width. She works up very quickly.

The pattern is in PDF format. The document is 17 pages in length and includes detailed instructions and numerous photo tutorials to guide you through the process of creating her. Also, if you have any questions while crocheting Gwendolyn, feel free to contact me.

Stitches used: chain, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, back loops only, crochet into a ring, double crochet, front loops only, half double crochet, surface crochet
Measurement: 29 cm / 11.5 inches tall
