Just to comfirm when you make strand 1-2 do you start on the end of round 3 or go to the next st? Like would you start on the st the hook is attached to or the one where the stitch marker is?

Hi Zoe, you start right away, so you don't need to go to the next st first to get started. I hope it works out, enjoy crocheting!
