I too have trouble with joining the leg and body, and making it into a round. I have carefully read the pattern and all the advice on here but i am still getting it wrong. I understand crocheting into only the front loops but it still turns out wrong. I am so disappointed that i cannot get it right. I think i will have to call this one a fail. I will try one more time but I suppose i will have to admit defeat and i hate doing that. I love the book and will try another pattern.
