Hi! Thanks for your message and I'm sorry for the late reply! You've already included the chains in round 17, so you decrease 6 times using the 42 stitches you have at the end of round 17. Does this help you out? If it doesn't, do you perhaps have a picture showing your work in progress? I'd love to take a look.
